Apple Cider Vinegar for Protein Overload in Hair
Here are 3 reasons why apple cider vinegar works as an effective treatment for protein overload:

- Apple cider vinegar contains malic acid, a type of alpha hydroxy acid(AHA) that works as a gentle liquid exfoliator . Primarily used in skincare products for its ability to cleanse pores, slough off dead skin cells, and brighten the complexion, it breaks down cohesive bonds of dead cells (buildup).
